1) The goal of the call
It’s not an exam—it’s a conversation so we can:

2) What we prepare before we call you

3) During the interview: what we ask
To move fast, we’ll ask about:

Where you are and whether you’re open to relocate.

Languages (e.g., native German + fluent English).
-
Preferences: industry and tasks (support, sales, quality/analysis, trust & safety, etc.).

Schedule (most projects are FT 40h; some offer PT 20h/week).

Salary expectations and earliest start date.
4) During the interview: what we share

Which projects are open now and their upcoming start dates.

Work mode (remote/hybrid/on-site) and city, if relevant.

Compensation structure: base pay + performance bonus (exact figures vary by project/location; we give you the current range on the call).

Process & timing: quick online tests → partner recruiter interview → offer.
Full transparency: if a position is closed, we’ll say so in minute one and switch to equivalent options (same language, similar pay, close start date).
5) If the job you saw is closed
It happens in fast-moving hiring. Our flow:

Alternatives with the same language/salary/start window.

We tag your profile to alert you when your dream brand reopens (e.g., travel or tech).

6) After the call: what you’ll receive

7) Tips to speed things up

8) A realistic mini-script
Recruiter: “I see you applied for a remote DE role—are you also open to travel or tech?”
You: “Prefer tech and remote. I can start next month.”
Recruiter: “Great. I’ve got two projects starting in 3–4 weeks with similar pay and bonus. I’ll send the steps now and, if the first isn’t a fit, we’ll move you to the second.”

Do you only offer full-time roles?
Most are full-time. Some projects offer part-time (20h/week)—we’ll tell you which.
Is remote work possible?
Yes, depending on the project and your location. We have fully remote, hybrid, and on-site roles.
When do we talk about salary?
On the call. We share the current range and bonus model for each project so you can compare.
What if I’m already in a partner’s database?
We’ll check their ATS. If we can move your profile, we will; if not, we’ll propose alternatives.
Can I apply to multiple partners?
Yes. We coordinate so you don’t duplicate steps and your process stays smooth.
