Terms and Conditions

1. This referral program is offered by us (City Job Offers). It allows participants to refer others for employment and receive a reward based on the conditions set out below.


2. Participants agree to our Terms and Conditions, which take precedence in case of conflict with these referral program terms.


3. Reward eligibility is subject to the following conditions:

- The hiring must be through CJO's intermediation and by a CJO client company.
- The hiring must be for a permanent position, with a completed 3-month probation period.
- The client company must have fully paid CJO's service fees, and the hiring must occur within 3 months of the referral. If hired later, no reward will be given.


4. We will provide instructions on claiming the reward after all conditions are met.


5. Participants can select rewards from available options from time to time, which may vary based on stock.


6. We may reject referrals that do not comply with our terms. Besides, referrals are invalid if the referred person has already contacted us or applied for a job with us.


7. There is no cap on the number of people a participant can refer to.


8. The reward may be taxable, and participants are responsible for declaring it.


9. We can terminate or modify the referral program and its terms at any time.
