Bulgaria also has a Black Sea coast, showing that the country has more variety than many people expect. It may not be the first destination that comes to mind when thinking about working abroad—and that can be part of its appeal.

Ask yourself what you want after work

When comparing destinations, salary and job conditions are important, but they are not the only things that will shape your experience.

Think about a normal Tuesday evening—not just your first exciting weekend abroad.
