Provide first-level support to unmanaged advertisers via Ad Studio
Handle customer contact via email and chat, with potential phone support in the future
Manage and resolve queries, requests, and feedback received via chat
Use critical thinking to craft thoughtful, custom-made responses to customer queries
Identify sales opportunities and support advertisers as a consultative partner
Command and convey key Ad Studio product knowledge to advertisers with accuracy
Log issues and escalate technical queries using internal systems

🎯Your Profile
Excellent communication skills, capable of providing world-class service to new and returning customers
Experienced in chat customer success roles, with a minimum of 6 months in a similar position
Quick learner with outstanding attention to detail
Critical thinker, capable of crafting custom-made responses
Interest in advertising and marketing
Highly motivated, proactive, and adaptable to change
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Fluent in German at a native level and proficient in English (B2 level or higher)
