Provide Norwegian-speaking inbound customer service to clients
Handle customer inquiries related to POS devices
Guide customers through technical troubleshooting steps for connectivity, device, or system issues
Advise customers on how to get the most out of their POS devices
Educate customers on alternative configurations and solutions
Assist customers in configuring their devices
