❤️ Benefits
Comprehensive Training: 5 working days of intensive training including integration into the Teleperformance Portugal team, software training, product training, and customer management training.
Work Schedule: 40 hours per week, rotational shifts from Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 18:00.
Holiday and Christmas Allowances: Equal to the base salary, paid as a monthly percentage on top of your salary.
Meal Allowance: €7.00 per day, provided by a debit card for tax exemption.
Health Insurance: Available from the first day of the employment contract.
Total Package Compensation: €1,240.66 (with apartment benefit) or €1,657.71 (without apartment benefit)
Contract Details: Fixed-term, renewable working contract signed on the first day of training. Initial 12-month contract, extendable up to 24 months. Permanent employment after 2 years. Trial period of 30 days.
Performance Bonus: Up to €540.00 per quarter based on performance towards Key Performance Indicators.

Content Review: Ensure that various types of content are correct and attractive.
Quality Assurance: Deliver consistent and accurate content reviews.
Data Curation: Review, maintain, and curate data according to Google policies.
Ad and URL Review: Ensure logical and meaningful reviews of ad and URL content.
Document Editing: Edit and review documents to ensure high-quality standards.
Support Ad Extensions: Analyze business web pages and extract key information for Google Ads, including sitelinks, structured snippets, and dynamic callouts.

🎯Your Profile
Native German speaker with excellent communication skills
Proficient in English (at least B2 level: written, spoken, and read)
Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality
Tech-savvy with good IT skills and competence in using various tools
Flexible and available to work in rotational shifts
Team player with the ability to contribute to optimizing and innovating workflows
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in content curation and content review
Knowledge and experience with digital platforms and social media
Previous experience in customer service or tech support
