Customer Support: Respond to end-user requests through calls, emails, and chat, maintaining solid customer relationships.

Data Management: Log calls into the customer relationship database and follow escalation procedures.

Case Tracking: Ensure cases are tracked and closed efficiently and timely.

Professionalism: Maintain a strong professional relationship with customers, showing empathy at all times.

Procedure Compliance: Follow contact centre procedures, including call handling and AUX code guidelines.

Team Collaboration: Develop effective relationships with colleagues and provide feedback on issues and improvements.

Quality Improvement: Be positive and proactive in improving quality and adapting to feedback.

Confidentiality: Adhere to regulations regarding personal data confidentiality.
