As a Customer Care Representative, you will handle inbound calls from customers experiencing technical issues with their devices or accounts. On average, you will manage 20 calls per day, addressing the following common issues:
Provide empathetic, accurate, and timely resolutions to customer inquiries
Utilize your market-specific knowledge to identify and propose scalable solutions to enhance community support
