Working Conditions:
Operational hours: Monday to Friday with varying shifts, no weekend work
Full-Time (40 hours) or Part-Time (minimum 30 hours)
Work location: Office in Sofia, Bulgaria

2 days of theoretical training

Making outbound calls from a Luminus database, targeting both cold and warm leads
Aim to sign Luminus contracts and assist with digital contract signing
Compare tariffs between Luminus and other suppliers
Convince prospects to become Luminus clients
Conduct a Happy Call within 48 hours after contract signing to verify details
Propose and sell additional Luminus products and services
Maintain strong client relationships and provide excellent customer service

Education: Secondary Education
Languages: Dutch (preferably Flemish), English communication level
Skills: Basic MS Office, SalesForce experience is a plus
