Salary: €1,300 per month
Performance bonus: Up to €145 based on monthly performance
Relocation package: Assistance provided for moving to Athens

🎯 Your day to day
Handle inbound calls and chats from Netflix customers regarding account issues, billing inquiries, and technical problems
Guide customers through troubleshooting steps to resolve their issues
Escalate complex issues to the Tier 2 team (in English)
Provide information about Netflix services, subscription plans, and account setup
Use the Netflix Knowledge Base to offer quick solutions and answers to customer inquiries
🎯 This is your new job in Lisbon if
Language skills: Dutch (C2 level), English (B2 level)
Technical proficiency: Excellent troubleshooting skills
Experience: Prior customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory Skills:
- Advanced active listening and engagement
- Ability to resolve customer concerns and deliver a seamless customer experience
- Adaptable, empathetic, and confident in assisting users with technical issues
