Competitive Salary:  €1,300 gross per month

Performance Bonus: Up to €150 monthly based on your performance

Work Schedule: Monday to Sunday, from 08:00 to 21:00

Location: Waha, Athens, Greece

🎯 Your day to day

Respond to eCommerce client requests through various communication channels, including phone and email.

Maintain strong customer relationships by addressing inquiries and concerns, such as order upselling, troubleshooting, handling fraud orders, and processing returns.

Stay informed about current promotions and keep customers updated on new offers.

Assist with common customer questions, including "Where is my order?" and "How can I get a refund?"
