Manage incoming calls and identify customer needs to ensure satisfaction

🎯This is your new job in Lisbon if
Native or near-native level of German (written and spoken)
Excellent command of English
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening abilities
Customer-focused with the ability to adapt to different types of customers
Proficient in MS Office and capable of multitasking, prioritizing, and managing time effectively
Familiarity with home appliances and electronic devices
