🎯 Day to day
As a Customer Service Representative you will:
- Assist customers via phone and email.
- Provideaccurate information on products and pricing.
- Assist with website navigation and account registrations.
- Update and managecustomer data in the CRM system.
- Investigate customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
- Escalate complex cases to specialized departments as needed.
📚 Training: You will receive 16 days of structured training to best prepare you!

🎯 This is your new job in Athens if
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Native or C2 level Dutch (speaking & writing).
- B2 level English (for internal communication and training).
- Basic technical skills (Windows, MS Office: Outlook, Word, Edge).
- Typing speed of at least 25 words per minute.
- No experience required, but experience in customer service or the automotive industry is a plus!
