As a Technical Support Agent, your main duties will include:
Providing technical assistance via phone, email, and chat 📞💬
Assisting users with Google My Business and Google Play Store queries
Helping merchants manage, verify, and reinstate their business listings 🏢
Supporting customers with payment issues, refunds, and app downloads 📲💳
Ensuring all Google guidelines are followed and users receive accurate information ✅
