Fluent in Polish (C2 level)
Good command in English
Good MS Office skills
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
Excellent communication skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Nice to have: sales experience with ability to generate revenue with sales and upsell during interactions
