🎯 Your day to day
Sales Support: Assist customers via inbound phone and chat to find the products they need and complete sales
Service Support: Provide after-sales assistance through phone and email, handling complaints and resolving issues
Cross-Skilled Tasks: Be prepared to handle various customer service scenarios as requested by the client
Positive Language: Utilize positive language to ensure customer satisfaction and adherence to KPIs such as Customer Satisfaction (TMS), Booked Call Rate (BCR), and First Call Resolution (FCR)

🎯 This is your new job in Greece if
Language Skills: Fluent in Spanish (C1 level) and English (B2 level)
PC Knowledge: Advanced proficiency in using PCs, with familiarity in MacOS and iOS being a plus
