Salary: 1,029€ + monthly performance bonus of up to 200€
Remote work: Enjoy the flexibility of working from home
Working hours: Monday to Friday, between 10:00 and 22:00
Relocation package:
Inbound flight and taxi covered by the company
Company-provided apartment (electricity bills excluded) or 300€ gross monthly to cover accommodation
Salary increases:
100€ gross per month after completing 6 months
Additional 50€ gross per month after 12 months
Agency costs covered
4 weeks of company-provided accommodation upon relocation

Provide top-tier customer service to German-speaking clients
Resolve technical and product-related issues efficiently
Handle inbound requests via phone, email, or chat
Work in collaboration with the team to continuously improve customer satisfaction
Maintain accurate records and follow established procedures
🎯This is your new job in Lisbon if
Language skills: Proficiency in German (C2) and English (C1)
Technical knowledge: Strong technical aptitude with excellent troubleshooting skills
Work Experience: Previous experience in customer service is a plus
Personality: Customer-oriented, problem solver, and great communicator
