Your profile
Fluent German (spoken and written) 🇩🇪
Good English skills (for internal communication)
Strong communication and active listening skills 📞
Experience in the travel, aviation or hospitality industry is an advantage 🏨
Previous work in a customer experience centre is an advantage
Solid computer skills (MS Office & booking systems) 💻
Organised, analytical and proactive
Team player with a positive attitude
High school diploma required 🎓
