Your day to day

  • Provide top-tier customer support via phone, email, and chat.
  • Keep customers updated on their issues and ensure high satisfaction.
  • Handle post-sales requests like deliveries, warranties, and refunds.
  • Promote products during inbound interactions to help boost revenue.
  • Work toward quarterly sales goals while maintaining excellent service quality.
  • Manage and track orders and customer data using CRM tools.

Your profile

  • Native-level Italian speaker with B2 English proficiency.
  • Excellent communication skills – you express solutions clearly and confidently.
  • Problem-solver mindset – you think fast and always aim for customer satisfaction.
  • Empathetic and patient – you handle frustrated customers with care.
  • Detail-oriented and organized – you spot issues and follow up until resolved.
  • Resilient and calm under pressure.
  • Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus.
  • Comfortable using tech tools and CRM systems.
