Your day to day

Handle incoming and outgoing calls to assist customers with placing orders for frozen foods.
Make personalized recommendations to meet customer preferences and needs.
Ensure customer satisfaction by building strong relationships and providing excellent service.
Place orders, manage customer accounts, and resolve issues efficiently.
Use your product knowledge and persuasiveness to enhance the customer experience.

Your profile

You are fluent in Dutch and enjoy interacting with people over the phone.
You are outgoing, have strong communication skills, and have a keen sense of what customers need.
You have a positive attitude, a sense of humor, and a passion for sales.
You thrive in a dynamic, performance-oriented environment and are looking for a long-term role.
Previous experience in sales, retail, or hospitality is a plus.
You have a passion for delivering excellent service and offering quality products.
