Your day to day

Represent a well-known international car rental brand.
Communicate with customers by phone and email in German.
Support customers with new reservations, booking modifications, and cancellations.
Handle general inquiries related to travel, mobility, and car rental services.
Provide tailored mobility solutions based on each customer’s needs.
Deliver professional, friendly, and high-quality customer service.
Share ideas to help improve customer experience and service quality.

Your profile

Fluent German, C1 level or higher.
Good English skills for internal communication.
Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a professional approach.
Positive attitude, team spirit, and willingness to learn.
No previous experience required, as full paid training is provided.
Availability to work full-time in Sofia, Bulgaria.
