Your day to day

Provide solutions for customers' inquiries
By using the correct methods, provide accurate, valid, and complete information.
Meet customer service team targets and call-handling quotas
Perform other tasks related to the position according to the needs of the project
Your profile
You are proficient in German
You are proficient in English (B2)
You have excellent communication skills, good presentation, and are empathetic
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of customers personalities
Ability to work autonomously and independently.
