Your day to day
- Provide excellent customer support through inbound calls.
- Assist customers with sales, aftercare, delivery inquiries, and product-related issues.
- Resolve technical issues using your knowledge of the products and tools.
- Refer complex issues to the appropriate teams as needed.
- Achieve performance targets, such as NPS, AHT, FCR, and QA scores.
Your profile
- We're looking for talented Dutch speakers who can provide exceptional customer service. What we expect from you:
- Language Proficiency: Native Dutch or C2 proficiency, and B2 English.
- Experience: Previous customer service experience is required.
- Technical Skills: Advanced PC knowledge and the ability to work with multiple applications.
- Personality: Interest in technology, excellent communication skills, and a solution-oriented approach.
