Benefits

  • Full-time position: 40 hours per week.
  • Schedule: 8 hours per day, including a 40-minute break.
  • Working hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:00 Athens time.
  • Hybrid model possible after the nesting period, depending on performance and attitude.
  • Hybrid setup: 4 days on site and 1 day from home per week.
  • Training period: 2 weeks, including SAI.
  • Salary for Italian-speaking role: €1,150 gross/month.
  • Project bonus: €100 gross/month.
  • Welcome bonus: €100 gross/month for the first 6 months.
  • Performance-based bonus: up to €250/month at 100% achievement, paid quarterly.
  • Private life and health insurance, including eyecare and dental care, after 3 months of employment.
  • Health insurance from day 1 for relocated candidates.

  • Daily Mastercard cash bonus:
  • €3 net per working day during the first year of employment.

Your day to day

  • Achieve revenue-based sales targets by selling renewals, products, and services.
  • Identify upsell opportunities when applicable.
  • Work within a dedicated territory and manage relationships with established clients.
  • Provide accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales forecasts.
  • Develop strong product knowledge and technical understanding of Lenovo products and services.
  • Assess client needs and recommend suitable solutions.
  • Promote Lenovo products and services to existing customers.
  • Guide customers through onboarding after product purchase.
  • Encourage strategic product adoption to improve the customer experience.
  • Use data to identify at-risk customers and adoption opportunities.
  • Take action to resolve customer concerns, roadblocks, or product usage issues.
  • Handle objections effectively to retain customers or win new business.
  • Manage a high volume of customer contacts by phone and email, with a strong focus on outbound communication.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Your profile

  • Native or proficient level of Italian.
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken, with a minimum C1 level.
  • Previous success in achieving individual and/or team sales quotas or goals.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive customer relationships in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer needs.
  • Ability to learn and optimize new technologies, tools, and data.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
  • Confident with cold calling, customer engagement, and negotiation.
  • Comfortable managing a high volume of customer contacts by phone and email.
  • Previous experience in sales, account management, renewals, or inside sales is highly valued.
