German-Speaking Web Product Implementation Specialist

Benefits

Portuguese employment contract with a forecast duration of 12 months.

Your day to day

Communicate with advertisers and internal sales and service teams via phone, email, chat, and video conference.
Perform and verify the implementation of web-based products with customers.
Guide, support, and train customers on how to use the products.
Deliver a high-quality service experience while meeting performance and quality targets.
Support clients in a dynamic environment focused on critical and high-visibility programs.

Your profile

Native or fluent level of German.
Good command of English for daily communication in an international environment.
Interest in technology, digital products, and online marketing.
Strong communication skills across phone, email, chat, and video calls.
Detail-oriented, organized, and solution-driven mindset.
Previous experience in customer support, implementation, tech support, or digital services is a plus.
Availability to work on-site in Lisbon.
