German-speaking Presales Customer Service Representative for Drone Technology in Lisbon

Full-time position with 40 working hours per week.
Rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday, between 08:00 and 22:00.
8-hour working days plus a lunch break.

Your day to day

Provide presales support to German-speaking users through phone, online channels, and email.
Answer product-related questions and offer guidance on camera drones and related solutions.
Support potential customers with purchase recommendations and order-related topics.
Assist users with invoice questions, stock availability, shipping status, and logistics exceptions.
Handle customer complaints with empathy and ensure a positive customer experience.
Collect and analyze customer feedback to help improve products and service processes.
Collaborate with other team members to achieve department goals.

Your profile

You have at least a B2 level of German.
You have good communication skills and enjoy helping customers through phone, online channels, and email.
You are customer-oriented, patient, and able to handle questions, doubts, and complaints professionally.
You are interested in technology, drones, cameras, or innovative digital products.
You are proactive, organized, and comfortable working in a team environment.
You are available to work in rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday.
You are based in the Lisbon area.
