Your day to day

Manage leads and perform outbound contacts with potential customers.
Deliver a professional and high-quality customer experience in every interaction.
Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right tools and methods in a timely manner.
Meet individual and team targets, as well as call handling quotas.
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and maintain documentation.
Follow communication procedures, internal guidelines, and company policies, especially when handling personal customer data.

Your profile

You have a C1 to native level of German, both spoken and written.
You have good computer skills and feel confident using different tools and systems.
You are a strong communicator with excellent contact handling and active listening skills.
You have solid writing skills for email communication.
You have previous sales experience and enjoy working towards targets.
You are customer-oriented, professional, and able to build trust through clear and effective communication.
