Your day to day
- Support customers in German through inbound and outbound communication by phone and email.
- Assist with customer requests, updates, documentation, and general account-related tasks.
- Handle insurance-related administrative processes with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Maintain correct data entry and complete case documentation.
- Follow internal procedures, quality standards, and data protection guidelines.
- Escalate complex cases when needed and contribute to a smooth customer experience.
- Help deliver a professional, efficient, and high-quality support service.
Your profile
- You have excellent written and spoken German skills.
- You are a strong communicator with an empathetic and customer-oriented mindset.
- You are solution-driven and able to handle different types of customer situations with professionalism.
- You pay close attention to detail, especially when managing customer data and documentation.
- You are comfortable using different tools and systems at the same time.
- You have good computer skills and feel confident in a fast-paced working environment.
- You have a high school diploma or equivalent.
