Your day to day

Support customers in German through inbound and outbound communication by phone and email.
Assist with customer requests, updates, documentation, and general account-related tasks.
Handle insurance-related administrative processes with accuracy and attention to detail.
Maintain correct data entry and complete case documentation.
Follow internal procedures, quality standards, and data protection guidelines.
Escalate complex cases when needed and contribute to a smooth customer experience.
Help deliver a professional, efficient, and high-quality support service.

Your profile

You have excellent written and spoken German skills.
You are a strong communicator with an empathetic and customer-oriented mindset.
You are solution-driven and able to handle different types of customer situations with professionalism.
You pay close attention to detail, especially when managing customer data and documentation.
You are comfortable using different tools and systems at the same time.
You have good computer skills and feel confident in a fast-paced working environment.
You have a high school diploma or equivalent.
