Your day to day

Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in German
Support customers with account access, login issues, and password resets
Assist with banking transactions, online banking tools, and card issues
Respond to queries regarding financial overviews, transactions, and services
Collaborate with internal teams in English to resolve complex issues

Your profile

Native-level German speaker with strong communication skills
Fluent in English (written and spoken), as it is the internal communication language
EU citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal
Customer-oriented mindset and problem-solving attitude
Comfortable using digital tools and apps
Willingness to relocate to Lisbon (relocation support provided)
Flexible with working hours, including weekends and night shifts on a rotating schedule
