Your day to day

Assist players with their questions and technical or account-related issues through tickets and live chat.
Provide personalized support using a player-focused, case-by-case approach.
Deliver a friendly and authentic player-to-player support experience.
Investigate reported issues and provide clear, accurate solutions.
Identify recurring problems, bugs and emerging trends reported by players.
Communicate relevant issues to the appropriate internal teams.
Maintain a high standard of quality and professionalism in every interaction.
Collaborate with a passionate team of gaming and customer support specialists

Your profile

You are fluent in German and have a good command of English.
You understand the importance of player empathy and can approach each issue from the player’s perspective.
You have a basic understanding of player support or customer service.
You are familiar with gaming communities, player expectations and gaming terminology.
Previous gaming experience will be considered an advantage.
You are patient, solution-oriented and motivated to provide the best possible support.
You enjoy collaborating with other gaming enthusiasts and contributing to the success of your team.
You are available to work rotating shifts within a 24/7 operation.
