Your day to day

Act as the first point of contact for Audi customers, handling inquiries via phone, email, and chat
Provide guidance and support on Audi Connect and other digital services
Ensure customer satisfaction by efficiently resolving issues and queries
Educate customers on the features and benefits of Audi vehicles and services
Maintain a high standard of service, in line with the prestigious Audi brand

Your profile

Proficiency in Finnish with a very good command of English (both spoken and written)
A passion for luxury cars and the automotive industry
Strong communication skills, able to handle customer inquiries with professionalism and care
Problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric approach
Basic technical knowledge, especially around digital services and connectivity in vehicles
Team player with a positive attitude
