Benefits

Full-time position in Lisbon.
Paid training for 6 working days, 8 hours per day.
Training compensation of €42.72 per day, for a total of €256.32 after successful completion.
Rotational schedule of 40 hours per week.
Shifts from Monday to Friday between 08:00 and 21:00, and Saturday between 09:00 and 15:00.
Portuguese employment contract.
22 vacation days per year.
Holiday and Christmas allowances paid monthly.
Meal allowance of €7 per working day.
Health insurance from day one of the employment contract.
Monthly compensation package of up to €1,663.32 gross with accommodation option included.
Monthly compensation package of up to €1,784.82 gross without accommodation.
Potential productivity bonus depending on performance and attendance.
Modern office in Lisbon with good public transport connections.

Your day to day

Be the main point of contact for Dutch-speaking customers.
Conduct outbound reactivation calls to former or inactive customers.
Understand customer needs and help them return to the service.
Answer questions related to subscription plans, delivery schedules, flexibility, and available options.
Provide accurate information and ensure a smooth and positive customer experience.
Support customers through voice, email, and chat.
Contribute to service quality, customer satisfaction, and operational goals.

Your profile

You have native or near-native Dutch and a good level of English.
You are communicative, empathetic, and customer-oriented.
You feel confident handling outbound calls as well as written communication via email and chat.
You are organized, solution-focused, and comfortable using digital tools.
You enjoy helping customers, understanding their needs, and finding the right solution for them.
Previous experience in customer service, sales, reactivation, or contact center environments is a plus.
