Your day to day

As part of the Fitbit Customer Support Team, you will:
Assist users with various issues via tickets or calls
Provide case-by-case solutions to everyday device-related questions
Identify and report trending issues and bugs to your supervisors
Work with an international, customer-friendly team that shares your passion for tech and service excellence

Your profile

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who:
Have strong communication skills in Dutch for daily customer interactions
Possess a good command of English (B2 level) for training and internal communications
Are familiar with iOS and Android operating systems
Are empathetic and customer-oriented
Want to be part of a team-focused and supportive environment
Are result-driven with a desire to contribute to the team's success
