Your day to day
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to support customers and manage payment collection
- Assist users with funding their accounts, explaining transaction options, and resolving issues
- Educate customers about their account history and the platform’s protection policies
- Identify and support vulnerable or insolvent customers
- Schedule convenient callbacks and transfer cases to specialized departments when needed
- Update internal systems with notes on each customer interaction
Your profile
- Dutch at C2 level and good command of English (B2)
- 1-2 years of experience in retail, hospitality or customer service (call center experience preferred)
- Strong negotiation skills and high customer empathy
- Confident using Microsoft Office and navigating PC-based software tools
- Fast learner, adaptable to new technologies, and capable of multitasking across different product queues
- Independent, results-oriented, and committed to delivering excellence
