Your day to day

  • Respond to customer inquiries via inbound calls, email, and chat
  • Provide assistance with products, manuals, and after-sales support
  • Support both retail and B2B clients
  • Areas of support include:
  • General customer support
  • Digital/online tools
  • Online shop assistance
  • Dealer support
  • Handle ±50/50 chat and phone communication
  • Participate in upskilling and learning programs to grow into senior or Tier 2 roles

Your profile

  • Native-level German speaker (C1 level)
  • Solid English skills (B2) – needed for training and internal communication
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable with multitasking and digital tools
  • Experience in customer support or with gardening tools is a plus, but not mandatory
  • Successfully complete a technical assessment (Harver) with a score above 70%
