Your day to day
Answering inbound phone calls from citizens about healthcare-related questions
Providing clear, accurate and empathetic support
Registering and following up on every contact moment in the system
Working according to clear guidelines within a regulated framework
Your profile
You speak fluent Dutch (C1–C2/native) and English at least at B2 level
Experience in customer contact is an advantage, but not a requirement
You have strong communication skills and empathy
You are computer literate and quick to learn new systems
You are available to work Monday to Friday in shifts between 9:30 a.m. and 6:30 p.m.
You are open to an on-site working environment with the possibility of hybrid working after evaluation
