Salary a total gross remuneration of up to €1,298.11 when holiday and meal allowances are included.
Training allowance of €427.20 for 10 days (paid pro rata upon successful completion).

Your day to day

Help users with account registration and login issues.
Troubleshoot streaming quality and playback issues.
Provide support for apps and devices, including installation and compatibility.
Handle enquiries about subscriptions and payments.
Assist users with account pauses and cancellations.
Gather user feedback to improve the service.

Your profile

Native speaker or fluent in Dutch.
Proficient in English (C1 level).
Excellent communication skills and a problem-solving mindset.
Experience in customer service is an advantage.
Interest in streaming services and familiarity with digital entertainment platforms.
