Your day to day
- Provide insightful assistance to customers experiencing issues with devices or services and ensure a seamless service experience.
- Answer questions about product features, usage, and technical issues
- Maintain contact with customers through various channels, including voice, email, and social media.
- Find solutions for product deliveries, returns and refunds
- Support customers in navigating product availability and placing orders.
- Commit to effectively resolving customer issues to increase overall customer satisfaction
Your profile
- Dutch is your first language and you speak and write English fluently
- You have a passion for technology and a talent for simplifying complex technology for consumers
- You have excellent communication skills and enjoy solving customer queries
- Internationally minded with a versatile approach to customer service
- Proficient in the MS Office suite and technically knowledgeable enough to assist customers with software and hardware challenges
- Previous experience in technical support is an advantage, but not required
