Your day to day
- Responding to requests from eCommerce customers via various communication channels, including telephone and email.
- Maintaining strong customer relationships by addressing queries and issues, such as upselling orders, troubleshooting, handling fraudulent orders, and processing returns.
- Staying up to date with current promotions and informing customers about new offers.
- Assisting with common customer queries, such as ‘Where is my order?’ and ‘How can I get my money back?’
Your profile
- Language skills: Native Dutch speaker (C2)
- English skills: Proficient (C1)
- Technical skills: Very good understanding of technology
- Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude.
