Your day to day

Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
Support customers throughout their journey, offering expert advice and assistance.
Conduct outbound calls to collect feedback, ensure satisfaction, or promote services.
Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
Escalate issues when needed and contribute to process improvements.
Collaborate with colleagues and provide regular updates to your manager.

Your profile

Native-level Dutch and good English skills.
Previous experience in customer service (2+ years preferred).
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
A team player with organizational skills and a proactive mindset.
Comfortable using digital tools (Google Docs, Salesforce, etc.).
Motivated, curious, and committed to customer satisfaction.
