Your day to day

You will assist business mobility users with practical questions about the use of their vehicles.
You will answer incoming calls about maintenance, damage, fuel cards, documentation, etc.
You will process emails from lease car drivers with support questions.
You will make outgoing calls to schedule appointments.
You will identify frequently asked questions and suggest process improvements.
You will guarantee service quality and customer satisfaction.

Your profile

You are fluent in Dutch (C1+) and have a good command of English (minimum B2).
You have strong communication skills and are customer-oriented.
You feel at home in digital environments and learn new systems quickly.
You are ready to relocate to Lisbon and be part of an international team.
