Your day to day
Als Technischer Support-Mitarbeiter sind deine Hauptaufgaben:
Technische Unterstützung per Telefon, E-Mail und Chat 📞💬
Hilfe für Nutzer bei Fragen zu Google My Business und Google Play Store
Unterstützung von Händlern bei der Verwaltung, Überprüfung und Wiederherstellung ihrer Unternehmensdaten 🏢
Kundenbetreuung bei Zahlungsproblemen, Rückerstattungen und App-Downloads 📲💳
Sicherstellen, dass alle Google-Richtlinien eingehalten werden und die Nutzer korrekte Infos bekommen ✅
Your profile
Fluent German (C2 level) 🇩🇪
Good English skills (B2 level) 🗣️
Strong technical skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues 🔧
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Willingness to relocate to Greece (relocation support provided) ✈️
