Answering customer inquiries via phone, email and live chat
Providing efficient solutions and support for technical or general concerns
Documenting customer interactions to improve the service
Collaborate with internal teams to continuously optimize the customer experience
Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through professional and friendly service
Your profile
Fluency in German (C1/C2) and a good command of English (B2 or higher)
Strong communication skills and enjoy dealing with customers
Solution-oriented mindset and a positive attitude
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
First experience in customer service is an advantage, but not mandatory
