Provide support to customers via phone, email, and chat regarding insulin pumps and accessories.
Assist users in connecting their insulin pumps to smartphone apps.
Deliver accurate information about products and services.
Handle inquiries with care and ensure customer satisfaction.
Document and track customer interactions in the CRM system.
Escalate unresolved issues when necessary.
Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer concerns.
Maintain the customer database and ensure up-to-date records.
Address complaints and manage returns in compliance with company policies.

Fluent in German and proficient in English (spoken and written).
Has strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Is empathetic, patient-oriented, and solution-driven.
Is comfortable using technology and learning new software systems.
Possesses basic knowledge of customer relationship management tools (e.g., SAP-CRM) or a willingness to learn.
