Your day to day
- Achieve sales quotas by selling renewals, products, and services, with upsell opportunities
- Build strong relationships with established clients within your dedicated territory
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and maintain customer data in Lenovo CRM
- Promote Lenovo products/services, guiding customers through onboarding and ensuring optimal usage
- Identify 'at risk' customers and initiate steps to enhance satisfaction and retention
- Handle a high volume of customer interactions via phone and email, predominantly outbound
- Build call lists, identify key decision-makers, and clean and maintain Lenovo’s CRM
- Detect, qualify, and execute opportunities in collaboration with Lenovo’s internal teams
- Own bid creation, price negotiation, and partner relationships to close deals
- Participate in weekly pipeline meetings and ensure accurate pipeline management
Your profile
- Native or proficient German speaker (C2), with a fluent level of English (C1)
- At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales, with a proven track record in meeting sales quotas, preferably via phone
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Commercial mindset and business acumen
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and organized with the ability to multitask
- Problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM tools like MS Dynamics
- Experience with cold-calling and customer engagement
