Your day to day
- First-class customer service for German-speaking customers
- Efficient resolution of technical and product-related issues
- Handling incoming enquiries by phone, email or chat
- Collaborating with the team to continuously improve customer satisfaction
- Keeping accurate records and following established procedures
Your profile
- Language skills: German (C2) and English (C1) at native speaker level
- Technical skills: Strong technical aptitude with excellent troubleshooting skills
- Professional experience: Experience in customer service is an advantage
- Personality: Customer-oriented, problem solver and strong communicator
