Assist customers via phone and email with inquiries about Insulet’s products
Provide support for device malfunctions and alarm notifications
Help with device configuration, handling, and maintenance
Assist in processing orders based on medical prescriptions, including demo kits and test devices
Handle payment-related questions and assist with shipment issues

🎯Your Profile
Native-level German speaker and proficient in English (both written and spoken)
Excellent communication skills and ability to provide outstanding customer support
Previous experience in customer service, especially in a medical or technical field, is a plus
Comfortable using technology and troubleshooting devices
Ability to handle sensitive health-related information with discretion and professionalism
