Contract Type: Labor contract with a higher base salary.

Training:

  • Initial training of approximately 10 working days, partially theoretical and practical.

Sales Advisory Role:

  • Interpret client briefs and request quotations.
  • Negotiate on quality, price, quantity, payment terms, delivery time, and packaging.
  • Place and expedite orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Follow up on orders and provide administrative support in the purchasing software system.
  • Handle invoicing and maintain excellent supplier relationships.

Customer Interaction:

  • Ensure first-call resolution in communication with clients.
  • Provide elective guidance and look for suitable solutions in case of issues.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Education: Secondary education, MBO4, or HBO.

Experience: Familiarity with purchasing processes and project management software (e.g., Monday) is a plus.
