Handle customer inquiries through chat, email, and calls
Guide customers through product-related issues, account management, and premium membership upgrades
Provide clear, step-by-step troubleshooting to resolve customer concerns
Maintain a professional and empathetic tone while assisting customers
Ensure strict guidelines are followed regarding customer data and account security

🎯 This is your new job in Athens if
Native or near-native level of German (C2)
Proficient in English (B2)
Strong technical skills with the ability to handle complex procedures and troubleshoot customer issues
Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not mandatory
Adaptable, empathetic, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Confident in using banking or financial applications (preferred but not required)
