Handle inbound customer inquiries by phone, email, or chat.
Identify and verify account holder information securely.
Assist businesses with troubleshooting technical and account issues.
Comply with all internal and external regulatory procedures.
Deliver a personalized, efficient, and empathetic service.
Stay up to date with product and service developments to better support clients.
Collaborate with team members to resolve complex cases.
Contribute to a positive, motivated work environment.
Manage a fast-paced workload with strong multitasking skills.
Work rotational shifts, including some night shifts.

Votre profil

Native-level French (C2) and excellent English skills (minimum C1).
High School diploma (mandatory).
Stable professional background without frequent job changes (mandatory).
Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Service (mandatory).
Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork spirit.
Ability to handle a high-paced environment with multitasking demands.
High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with automated customer service platforms is a plus.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proactive, empathetic, and customer-oriented approach.
Flexibility to work shifts, including night shifts.
Willingness to work 100% on-site in Lisbon.
